Commercial Appraisals Now Available!
PCA is pleased to announce that we now offer Commercial Appraisals. Rannie Dean, Certified General Appraiser, has joined the PCA team and brings over 20 years experience in both commercial and residential appraisals. We're FHA Approved.
Major changes in HUD guidelines and the death of sub-prime lending has resulted in a skyrocketing demand for FHA lending. Port City Appraisals recognizes the need for FHA Approved Appraisers. We now have one FHA-approved appraiser and will have another approved by the end of the summer.
