Legare "Lee" Duke, Certified Residential Appraiser

Lee grew up in Beaufort and Hilton Head. After getting his BS in Finance at Clemson, he moved to Charleston and soon after began his apprenticeship in residential appraisaing. Lee has over 8 years experience in residential appraising.

Lee lives in West Ashley with his wife, Amanda, son Tyler (4), and daughter Ana Maria (1). In what little spare time he has, Lee loves to golf and watch the Braves.

Nathan Ward, Certified Residential Appraiser

Nathan is from Lexington, SC and received a degree in psychology from the College of Charleston. After working a couple of years at the Charleston County Public Defender's office, he began working for Port City Appraisals.

Nathan and his wife Meghan live in West Ashley and are expecting their first child in December.

Scot Campbell, Appraiser

Scot hails from Greenville, SC. After serving in the US Marine Corps, Scot worked several years as a professional golf instructor. He began working for Port City Appraisals in 2006 and is about to receive his SC Certification.

Scot still enjoys golfing in his spare time. And yes, ladies, he's single!
